How to block website on Safari

1- Log on to your mac from the administrative account.
2- Open System Preferences.


3- In the bottom row, under "System", select Accounts. 
    If you already have an account that you wish to block
    website.
    If don't have, create an account that not administrator
    account.

4- Choose the account on the left then 
5- Checkbox " Enable Parental Control " then
5- Click the "Open Parental Controls" button on the right. 
6- Click "Web" tap
7- Click "Try to limit access to adult websites automatically"
8- Click "Customize" button
9- Click "+" button under "Never allow these websites"
10- Type website address want to block
11- Click "OK"
12- Close System Preferences
